Intrusions

Water from a pipe break under a sink can cause more damage than you may think. Here you can see the soaking wet rug from right near the bathroom door. This particular water intrusion was disruptive in many ways as this was a finished basement that was converted to an actual apartment. The second picture shows us just how widespread the water had gotten under the rug. We also see a few air movers and a dehumidifier. This equipment has proven to be the most effective way to mitigate these situations. It usually takes 72 hours of continuous running machines to completely dry out a space.
